Meet Angela | Chaos Calls Me Queen: Self-Care for Busy Women

Pull up a chair, Queen. Grab a snack (hide it from the toddlers first). I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Angela: mom of five, including twin toddlers who have never once asked me if I'd like to finish a hot cup of coffee. I'm also an Army wife of 23 years, the reigning Mrs. North Carolina American, a former educator, and a woman who currently has two master's degrees and is working on a third. Because apparently I don't know how to relax.

(More on that in a minute.)

My Story

I first stepped on a pageant stage in 2009, and let me tell you, that crown taught me a lot. But the biggest lesson? The real crown isn't the one on stage. It's the one we hand off to everybody else without even noticing.

Between raising a house full of kids, moving with the Army, and living in South Korea for six years (my second home, and the reason I'm completely obsessed with Korean skincare), I got really good at taking care of everyone else. Taking care of me? That part took some work.

So I started Chaos Calls Me Queen. Because life is loud, schedules are packed, and somewhere in the middle of it all, we forgot we were royalty.

What Chaos Calls Me Queen Is All About

This is a place for busy women who are ready to feel like themselves again, without perfection, without a 5 a.m. miracle routine, and without adding one more thing to an already full plate.

Here, you'll find:

  • Real talk and honest stories about life, motherhood, and becoming HER

  • Korean skincare finds and self-care that fits your actual life- Cooking and family fun on YouTube (twin toddlers included, chaos guaranteed)

  • The Chaos Club on Substack, where you'll be the first to know

  • My free 3-Day Reset, and my 4-week Reclaim Your Crown guide when you're ready to go deeper

No gatekeeping here. Everyone gets great info. And if you want the extras, you can join the paid side of the club for the inside scoop.

A Few Fun Facts

  • I describe myself as a pilates princess, and yes, the glow-up era is real.

  • I'm a future published author. Yes, I'm saying it into the universe.

  • I love learning so much that I keep going back to school.

  • I like gaming and anything spooky, dark, and mysterious.

  • My dream is to one day create an affordable skincare line for everyone.

So here's my promise: no judgment, a little humor, and a lot of heart. You don't have to have it all together to belong here. You just have to be ready to reclaim your crown. Stay in the know. Get ready to reign. Angela
